PRESENTATION

1.      New Jersey American Water Company, Kevin Watsey. RESOLUTIONS

2.      Appointment of Rosemary Trout as a full-time employee to the Upper Township Clerk’s Office.

3.         Reappointment of Megan A. McAfee as Tax Assessor for the Township of Upper commencing July 1, 2007 and expiring June 30, 2011.

4.    Appointment of Michael Dugan as a part-time seasonal employee to the Upper Township Recreation Department and the Upper Township Beach Patrol.

5.         Authorizing an agreement with the Upper Township School District to commit to joint purchase of office supplies and paper.

6.           In support of reduction of the maximum speed limit on Commonwealth Avenue in Strathmere.

7.      Authorizing the Township of Upper/City of Ocean City Municipal Alliance Consortium to submit a grant application and execute a sub-contract with the County of Cape May concerning the Municipal Alliance Grant and funding for 2008.

8.    Authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement between the Township of Upper and Atlanticare Regional Medical Center for advanced life support services.

9.         Findings of Fact and Conclusions with respect to the renewal of the Plenary Retail Consumption license for Deauville Inn, Inc. for 2007-200 8.

10.     Removing designation of Area In Need of Redevelopment at the B. L. England Plant in Beesley’s Point.

11.     Authorizing a USA Triathlon Association sanctioned international distance race to be held in Tuckahoe, New Jersey on Saturday August 4, 2007

12.     Authorizing a USA Triathlon Association sanctioned international distance race to be held in Beesley’s Point, New Jersey on Sunday August 19, 2007

13. Approving the application of the Upper Township Rescue Squad for a highway coin drop.

14.  Introduction and First Reading of Ordinance No. 013-2007, RE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCE CHAPTER X OF THE CODE OF UPPER TOWNSHIP.

15.       Introduction and First Reading of Ordinance No. 014-2007, RE: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AND SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE UPPER TOWNSHIP RESCUE SQUAD, A NONPROFIT CORPORATION.
