APPROVAL OF MINUTES - February 13, 2007 Regular Meeting and
REPORT OF GOVERNING BODY MEMBERS
2. Appointment of Michael Mayne as a full-time employee to the Upper Township Recreation Department.
6. Authorizing the Township of Upper to enter into a contract with Benjamin Rau for the maintenance and development of the Upper Township Internet Web Site for the year 2007.
7. Appointment of Maser Consulting P.A. to provide planning services to the Township of Upper in regard to the preparation of revisions to the Zoning Ordinance, the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, and the Master Plan.
8. Authorizing the reduction of the Performance Bond of Georgetti Investments for Major Subdivision known as Queene Anne Court Major Subdivision in Block 567, Lot 55.
9. Confirming sale of certain land to wit: Block 10, lots 16 and 19 to Alex and Joseph Hamilton.
10. 2007 BUDGET Introduction of 2007 Budget.
11. Public Hearing and Final Adoption of Ordinance No. 002-2007 Re: An Ordinance vacating portions of First Avenue and Lincoln Boulevard as the same appear on the current Official Tax Map of the Township of Upper, Cape May County, New Jersey.
12. Public Hearing and Final Adoption of Ordinance No. 003-2007 Re: An Ordinance vacating that portion of Pine Road abutting Block 653.01, Lot 5 and Block 651, Lot 5 as the same appear on the current Official Tax Map of the Township of Upper, Cape May County, New Jersey.
13. Introduction and First Reading of Ordinance No. 005-2007, RE: An Ordinance Authorizing sale of lands, to wit Block 625, Lots 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33 and 34.
NEW BUSINESS
14. Resolution No. 2007-01 from the New Jersey State Planning Commission approving the Plan Endorsement Petition for Upper Township.
15. Vineland Fireworks, proposal for 4th of the July fireworks display.
